De lekkerste sla met de lekkerste dressing

De lekkerste dressing voor een salade maak je heel simpel gewoon zelf. Met een beetje lef en een beetje fantasie pas je dit recept eenvoudig aan en creeëer je je eigen variaties.

De dressing. Zelf gerbuik ik een kleine jampot met deksel voor het maken van de dressing. Ik doe alle ingredienten in de jampot en na wat schudden is alles goed gemengd. Je restant zit al in een potje en kun je eenvoudig bewaren tot de volgende dag .

Nodig voor de dressing:

  • 9 EL olijfolie
  • 3 TL mosterd
  • 2 EL witte wijn azijn of balsamico azijn
  • Zwarte (of andere) peper (van de molen als het kan)
  • Zeezout (van de molen als het kan)

Opties voor door de dressing, kies een of twee optionele ingredienten of gebruik je fantasie en verzin zelf wat.

  • het bak-vet van het gebakken spek of de gebakken bacon dat je door je salade doet
  • een teen gehakt knoflook
  • 1 teen fijngehakte knoflook (optie)
  • spek-vet
  • 3 a 4 EL gehakte verse groene kruiden (koreander of basilicum)
  • 2 EL citroen sap
  • 1 TL suiker
  • 1 TL honing
  • verkuimelde blauwe kaas (soort maakt niet uit, blue brie, Roquefort, Danna blue), lekker met 2 EL gehakte peterselie
  • zure room of yoghurt ipv olie
  • 2 tl pesto

De sla zelf kan van alles zijn, de gemiddelde suppermarkt verkoopt minstens 5 soorten sla. Vul deze aan met ingredienten als:

  • gebakken spekblokjes / bacon
  • pijnboompitten (licht gerosterd)
  • komkommer
  • tomaat
  • augurg
  • fijngehakte ui
  • schilfers parmasaanse kaas
  • blokjes kaas
  • croutons
  • radijs
  • geraspte wortel
  • feta blokjes
  • tuinkers
